Audio Driller
The speaker says sentences and the student should response orally according to the instructions for the exercise and the pictures appearing on the screen. This activity is very much alike Drills for Blueprints textbook (Longman). It is helpful first to do the exercise together to make sure everybody understands the task.
EXAMPLE 1:
This picture means 'he'
If the speaker says 'I am from London' the student should say 'He is from London'. (The task in the exercise is to replace the subject.)
EXAMPLE 2:
This picture means 'question'
If the speaker says 'I am from London' the student should say 'Am I from London?'. (the task in the exercise is to make general questions.)
