Here are some pictures to drill the construction "by+transport"/on foot and the 3rd person ("go"/"goes").
Also: "to" preposition (where to?), expressions: to work, home to a(/the) summer house/ club/ shop, to France/ Japan/ Great Britain, to the USA.
Activity 1: tell about Mr Green (/Sara and David/ Stephen).
Mr Green goes to work on foot. He goes home by bus. He goes to the (/his/ a) summer house by train. He goes to France by plane.
(The stories can be brainstormed and repeated in pairs.)
Activity 2: The teacher or a stronger student in a pair or in a bigger group points at an arrow and the others say the sentence.
Stephen goes to work by taxi. Sara and David go to the USA by plane. etc
Activity 3: Draw a picture about yourself (4 different ways to go from one place to another). Write sentences for them. Ask your friend to tell about you after the picture and correct him using your home-prepared sentences.
